Scope and topics:
As the rising star of the carbon material family, carbon-based quantum dots (CDs or CQDs) show great prospects in many fields, such as biological imaging and treatment, photocatalysis, light-emitting devices, and energy, due to their distinctive physical and chemical properties. To promote the development of the CDs, this symposium solicits abstracts of carbon-based quantum dots materials related to extensive aspects from luminescence mechanisms to diverse applications, covering but not limited to the following topics: optical gap regulation of CDs, CDs-based imaging/therapy materials, CDs-based photocatalysis, CDs-based energy storage/battery, CDs-based optoelectronics, and so on. This symposium will provide a unique platform and bring together researchers, scientists, and experts from various fields to discuss the latest developments and advancements in CDs research and applications.
